These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PYRAM (“we”, “our”, “us”), a Switzerland-based encrypted platform operated by [Insert Legal Entity Name, if available], available via web and mobile applications. By accessing or using PYRAM, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• Platform: The digital ecosystem provided by PYRAM, including apps, websites, features, and services.
• User: Any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Content: Any material uploaded, transmitted, or published on the Platform by a User.
• Creator: A User with monetized content via subscriptions, PPI, PPV, or donations.
• Silenced Account: An account with interaction restrictions due to T&C violations, without full deletion.
• Self-Destruct Account: An account deleted voluntarily by the User via irreversible mechanism.
• Payout Provider: Stripe, our designated third-party payment processor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age (or older, where legally required) to use PYRAM. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• You will not use PYRAM for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

3. Account Creation & Security

• Users may register anonymously without an email, phone number, or biometric data.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials, including PINs.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

4. Content & Conduct

Users are fully responsible for the content they create, share, or transmit. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Underage content (of any nature)
• Illegal drug-related material
• Incitement to violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Attempted sale of prohibited goods or services

Violation of these rules will result in silencing, suspension, or referral to legal authorities.

5. Monetization & Payments

• All transactions are processed securely via Stripe (www.stripe.com).
• Users must comply with Stripe's Terms of Service.
• PYRAM does not store or process any payment details directly.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate payout information and complying with local tax laws.

Creator Earnings:

• Creators retain 85% of earnings.
• PYRAM retains 15%, unless a 5% referral is active (then PYRAM retains 10%, referrer earns 5%).
• Payouts may be manual or automatic depending on location and compliance.

Additional Tools:

• PPV (Pay Per View), PPI (Pay Per Interaction), Subscriptions, Ad Placement, Referral Bonuses, and Donations are supported features.

6. Features & Privacy Protections

PYRAM offers:

• End-to-end encrypted messaging
• Double Maze Lock security system
• Encrypted media posts, channels, and voice notes
• Self-destructing accounts and voice changer
• Screenshot/audio/screen record blocking
• DRM protection on media

We do not store or access user metadata, private keys, or unencrypted information.

7. Content Moderation & Enforcement

• All moderation is performed post-violation and at our discretion.
• Users receive 2 warnings before their account is silenced.
• Content moderation is not real-time and may not detect violations instantly.

8. Termination & Account Deletion

• Users may delete or self-destruct their account at any time.
• Violating users may be silenced — not deleted — to preserve fairness and data transparency.
• Once deleted via self-destruct, no data can be recovered.

9. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
• Any disputes arising shall be settled by arbitration in Zurich, Switzerland, under Swiss law.
• We retain the right to enforce platform rules globally.

10. Liability Disclaimer

PYRAM disclaims all liability for:

• User-generated content
• Service interruptions or loss
• Breach of data by third-party actions beyond our control

In no event shall PYRAM's total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (if any).

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
