Legal Notice — Payments & Payouts

By using PYRAM's monetisation features, users acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Third-Party Payment Processor

All financial transactions, including subscriptions, paid content, donations, and creator payouts, are processed by Stripe. PYRAM does not store or process sensitive payment credentials.

2. External Payment Handling

Monetisation transactions are handled outside of app store billing systems and are processed through Stripe in accordance with applicable laws, payment regulations, and platform policies.

3. Payout Methods

Payouts may be processed manually or automatically depending on location, currency support, regulatory requirements, and available banking infrastructure. Users are responsible for providing accurate and current payout information.

4. Regulatory & Tax Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax, reporting, and financial obligations in their jurisdiction. PYRAM does not provide tax advice and does not act as a tax agent or intermediary.

5. Right to Review or Withhold Payments

PYRAM reserves the right to review, delay, or withhold payouts where required to comply with legal obligations, investigate suspected fraud, enforce platform policies, or where identity verification is legally required by the payment processor.

6. Third-Party Delays

PYRAM is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, currency conversion issues, or regulatory holds beyond its control.

7. Stripe Terms Apply

Use of monetisation features constitutes acceptance of Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to PYRAM's Terms and Conditions.
